Booking & Cancellation Policy

• Full Booking Fee must be paid to confirm and hold a booked date.

• Bookings may be cancelled up till 10 days prior to the booked date for full refund.

• Cancellations less than 10 days prior to booked date forfeit the booking fee, no refund is available in this instance.

• Booking may be rescheduled up till 10 days prior to the booked date at no penalty.

• Reschedules less than 10 days but more than 5 days prior to the booked date, forfeit 50% of the Booking Fee.

• Reschedules less than 5 days prior to the booked date forfeit the Booking Fee, no refund is available in this instance.

• Knox St Bar reserves the right to cancel or terminate the hire in the event of rude, offensive, threatening, disruptive or otherwise unacceptable conduct by the hirer or damage or threatened damage to the facilities by the hirer. In such instances refund of Booking Fee is solely at the discretion of Knox St Bar management.
